Bali Art Guide (Baliartguide.com) - An online directory for art and art activities in Bali, and;
Art Haus - A business location in Sanur that offers artistic learning and activities
Become the primary figure in charge of administration & sales across business activities.
Manage administrative and sales processes under the guidance and directives of management.
Provide all required support to internal and external clients and suppliers
Reach all targets as set by management
Maintain consistent and effective communication throughout the business and it’s channels
General responsibilities include
Sales
Reporting and ledgers
General assistance to Management
Client Liaison
Supplier Liaison (including teachers)
Office/Location Supervision
Fluent in English
Previous Administration and sales experience
Computer literate, specifically Google Business Suite
Maintain a professional yet friendly attitude at all times
An interest in the arts and creativity is preferred
Be self-motivated and able to work autonomously
Be flexible in response to business needs and requirements
After an initial 3 month probationary period (note that probationary period only applies to permanent employment contract), the success applicant will be required to
Performance review every 3 months for the first year, then
Annual reviews after that (suggest every 6 months: mid and end of year)
Regular punctual attendance which may include events outside of regular working hours*
And will then be eligible for
Increased salary in accordance to Indonesian Law
Annual leave 12 days per year

Additional salary increases based on performance reviews
Promotion based on performance and leadership potential and business needs
