At the creative core of Studio Austana is art, as a discipline and as a philosophy of excellence.
It is one of our mantras that doing any task or job to the best of your ability through a lifetime of accumulated, manifested knowledge and most of all passion, elevates it to becoming art. Similar to the the Japanese ideal of Shokunin Kishitsu. The Japanese phrase roughly translates to “the craftsman's spirit.” It is about pouring not just your hands and your heart into a project, but also a part of your soul.
This ideal carries through to everything that we do.
As an "art-centric" company our focus is to promote and facilitate the growth and exposure of art and in particular the art scene in Bali. Newly established we are still new to the scene but over time we hope to make a meaningful impact for all.
